        UPDATE: it's getting better. More updates in 5 months or if anything changes;) management ALWAYS ASK EVERY MONTH for more money. Even with a lease I ALWAYS literally mean EVERY month get something new. Id rather be homeless at this point. They are so greedy. I don't understand. I pay 100% on time. Zero property damages. Ive been a model tenet for two years. Zero visitors. I don't smoke. No pets or roommates. I don't even have roaches and that is a big deal here as they are seen in the hallway often...

        The new apartments look nice but for the life of me the laundry room only has 4 out of the 10 dryers so doing laundry is an all day chore. Forget doing your wash then drying it. You're better off going to a Laundromat.

        Bree and Stacy were so helpful and accommodating to ensure my partner and I could get the unit we wanted when we needed to move in. Really looking forward to seeing the great changes the new management is working on completing.

        The air in the apartment has been off for almost 10 days.its like a hundred and ten degrees inside.they tell me they're waiting for a part, and they also told me that legally they Need to supply me with AC. Sure is a great way to treat a tenant
