Ive been going here for three years. Never had a bad experience. Dr Geraci is amazing and so are the technicians and front desk staff. When I got the nexplanon implant three years ago, they were extremely informative and helped me make the decision that was right for me. There is no place I would rather go.

Poor service. RUDE doctor. Went in to see doctor Del Rio in pain and bleeding heavily for a second opinion. He did not do an exam. He sat me down and drew a diagram and kept asking me what do I not understand and that unless I have 20000 or 30000 dollars lying around I might as well do a cheap option biopsy thats affordable. Maybe I do have 30000 lying around what does that matter? I needed to be examined and seen to find out what could be done to ease the pain and help stop bleeding. Needless to say I left and still had to pay 170.00 to be belittled and treated like trash. Choose wisely when finding a dr who cares. This dr does not. Its all about money with him and assuming you dont have any when you may have more than him. Sad.

After my yearly exam and I was called to call the office regarding my results. When I called the office, the doctor or the PA were not able to speak with me at that time. After talking with the staff more, they took down my information, which they would have already had, to have someone call me back. That seemed like a chore for them. When I was called back by the PA or nurse I was advised I could set an appointment to talk with the doctor about my results or I could just look them up online. Basically googling what I was sad to have. Not professional at all. I hated that I paid yet another co-pay just for the doctor to explain my results by drawing some sketches on a piece of paper for 5 minuites. I still to this day do not fully understand. I will not be returning to this office.
