I'm 40 something, and wasnt getting the results from my usual workouts. After training with "Big Joe" Peterson and Brad Scott at Sport and Life fitness, I realized that my own beliefs were holding me back. I never thought I would be able to do the workouts that Brad and Joe designed (and yes, the first couple were challenging).
I realized that I was limiting my own potential for success. I started out not being able to do ANY pushups, by the end of our first sessions I could do 20. You get encouragement at Sport and Life fitness; you get a great sense of accomplishment; and by the way, learn how to maintain your results. Try them!
