From the initial phone call, to timely arrival of sales person to professional installation we could not be more pleased. Jamie in front office is friendly and helps get the process started. Ty came out and offered options and an estimate within 24 hours. Mike installed our accordion shutters and showed us how they work. The day he installed it was hot, then rain then hot. He maintained his cool and did a great job. Thanks. Hopefully we will never have to use them but they add a sense of safety if we do.
