I called United Water Restoration to help with mold remediation after testing showed mold behind some drywall in my home. Zach was very courteous and professional. He continued to follow up with me each step of the way from start to finish, each and every time being courteous and understanding while I dealt with numerous delays. Zach and Dennis worked on the demolition and remediation as if it was their own home. They took pride in what they did and ensured that I was satisfied with the job. Zach was meticulous with isolating the area to prevent contamination of the entire house and stressed that the health of my family was very important to him. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I wish I had someone like Zach to interact with each time I call a company to my house to deal with an issue. Thanks for the great work!

We highly recommend United Water Restoration! They literally saved our home twice in one week! First, due to a water pipe leak and second due to another water leak throughout our home following a re-pipe. Zach and Dennis arrived on the scene so quickly and immediately began inspecting, and installing fans and dehumidifiers. They were extremely informative and helpful during a very difficult crisis situation. They always called before arrival, kept their appointments and accommodated our schedule. They went above and beyond to not only dry out the water and help save our home, but put everything back in its place including appliances. Other contractors tend to leave a mess, but Zach and Dennis are so considerate and supportive which makes a world of difference during a difficult situation. If you ever need water restoration services, I cannot recommend Zach and Dennis highly enough! Thanks for all your help and support Zach and Dennis!

We had a toilet/septic overflow into our master bedroom, custom, his and her closets, and office space. The carpets were totally soaked and we discovered it at 11:30 PM at night. The first thing in the morning we contacted our insurance.They gave us a couple of names to contact to dry out the carpet and padding and deal with the reconstruction. I contacted them both and chose United because they had somebody on their way out within a few minutes! Thomas was the person we dealt with the most on the water remediation and he was terrific. It took three days to dry out the carpeting. They brought in multiple blowers and heaters and then they came in and moved all the furniture out of those areas and pulled the carpets and padding out that were ruined. During every interaction with him, he was very understanding and helpful during the water remediation phase. He took pictures and measurements to forward to our insurance claim contact.. We were handed over to the restoration division to get everything cleaned out and rebuilt back to normal. During this process we dealt with Bill who truly understands how to submit all the damage to the insurance company in order to get everything repaired properly. Again, I cannot say enough about how great this experience was in a stressful situation. Dennis provided excellent service. He was responsive and answered all of our questions. He was also courteous and professional. He did excellent work and took great care not to damage our cabinet fronts. We really appreciated him.
