Charna was fantastic for us this year! She was exceptionally bright and efficient and we were very pleased to meet her and have such a good experience. Highly recommend!

The only reason this is a two star review instead of one star is because of Charles. Warning to all if you want to be treated terribly and talked to like a child then feel free to work with Charla Garrison. We were initially working with Charles and would have loved to see it through with him but when emailing further information Charla took over and was less than pleasant to work with. I even put that the email was for Charles and Charla took it over. When called I even asked about Charles because I was not a fan of her from previous meetings. Charles treated us very well as we got our taxes straightened out and explained things very well. Charla made her way into our conversation at one of our appointments and gave us misinformation that Charles quietly corrected when she was done talking very condescendingly and rude, he gave us proper information on how capital gains taxes work on profits from selling a home. Which Charla was very wrong on the specific question we asked Charles, its a shame they share a space and she feels the need to make her way into appointments that werent hers. This would be a FIVE star review if Charla would have let us work with Charles to see our taxes through. I feel for Charles sharing a room with this rude, condescending, arrogant woman. We will do our taxes elsewhere, sorry Charles. Charles you deserve better and if you move places wed love to work with you again.
