I had intercoastal build a pool/spa for me back in 2019 and it turned out amazing. Moved in 2023 to another home with a pool/spa and had them update the whole system to install the Pentair Intellicenter. They did an amazing job again. Highly recommend.

Go elsewhere. I have provided thrm with several opportunities to perform minor repairs and paid for them. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service is definitely hit and miss. Perhaps. They are just too busy.

After a journey that spanned over two years, filled with its fair share of setbacks including a pool leak and sinking travertine pavers, Intercoastal Pool & Spa has delivered a final product that is nothing short of spectacular. Despite the challenges, which admittedly affected the project's timeline, Intercoastal took full responsibility for each issue and worked diligently to rectify them. Their commitment to accountability and quality, although sometimes not as timely as one might hope, underscores their dedication to customer satisfaction. Our pool, complete with a spa, a beautiful travertine deck, and a screened-in lanai, is exactly what we envisioned for our retirement home. It's a testament to Intercoastal Pool & Spa's capability and craftsmanship. Recognizing the hurdles we faced, I still wholeheartedly recommend Intercoastal as one of the premier pool builders on the Space Coast. Their work speaks volumes, and the end result is a dream come true.
