Jack is the absolute greatest! Came in during a terrible time when our pool project was abandoned by a different company. He worked diligently with my family and with county to straighten things out and left us with an amazing pool. Thank you G and J Remodeling!

Not so much on the pool service itself but on the character of the family-owned business. Tried to get a hold of today on behalf of his son's wife who is not only being physically abused by his son but now has stolen her property and damaged most of it. When finally getting a hold of the owner I was rudely told off. Not sure if he runs the company side of things in the same manner but according to the Google refuse I am assuming he is crass and rude towards most people. It seems to be the general consensus that this family has its issues and I have heard there have been issues with personal drama and confrontations on work sites. I would be cautious of allowing people like Jack and his sons come on to any personal property of yours.

G&J did an amazing job! The owner Jack is easy to work with and kept my anxiety at bay. He was professional and informative every step of the way. He educated me on things I had concerns about. He was responsive and knowledgeable. Passed inspections with no issues! After dealing with a Shady Pool company, I was fearful of promises made by any contractor. We wanted someone who could do the job right and efficiently. We needed a company with experience to identify discrepancies and get them done correctly. We got just that with G&J. We are very happy with the final product and glad we went with G&J. Professional, timely, communicated well with us! Cant say enough positive things about this company!

I am a new home owner and also a first time pool owner when we first moved in the pool was in rough shape I called j&g they came out resurface the pool fixed and fixed the patio was a great price guys were very friendly and professional always on time and clean up was amazing I was very happy with the finished work and would definitely call them in the future
