        They were busy tonight but completely dropped the ball on service. Our server started of great getting our drinks and order right away, but then was consumed with her other 4 tables. We had to chase her down just for a beverage refill and that was clearly an inconvenience to her. Ordered an 8oz sirloin extra rare and the cook left it on Don on the grill way too long before flipping it so half was well the other half a medium. After waiting 10 minutes we finally flagged down our server (still not checking on our table) and she took it back for a recook. At least they got it right the second time. Not our best experience at Longhorn. Very dissatisfied
