SAS Shoe Store is a beautiful well stocked store filled with hand crafted footwear that is both practical and comfortable. The sales people are knowledgeable and professional. My favorite style is the Relaxed sandal which comes in many patterns and colors. Wonderful shoe store.

Went to get information about diabetic footwear for a 90 year old woman who has no transportation. The sales women did not want to provide any information about sizing and exhibited poor customer service and emphatic. Clearly she did not want to be bothered

went in the store today and felt EXTREMELY unwelcome, Kerry and Cynthia were in there and were very rude and disrespectful. very disappointed and will NEVER return to this store again.

The quality of the shoe that I bought was great as always. I have gone here for work shoes for a while now because I know I will get something worth the price. However, the shopping experience is unideal. The associates can be helicopters. It makes me feel like I cant just browse, and while I may have visited initially for work shoes, I may also like to browse the other shoes while I am there. I have considered possibly getting some SAS shoes for non-work wear, but for that I would probably want some space to look at the different style options to make sure I like the look, considering how long Ill wear whatever I choose. Also, I felt unfairly judged when I brought a pair in for exchange. The way the associate said I have to make sure they are not worn first made me feel like he was implying that I had worn them, but I would never do that and then try to exchange them. Also the way he said I cant keep exchanging them for you made me feel like he expected me to just keep coming back to exchange the shoes over and over again (that was the first and only exchange request I had ever made) and as he should have seen from earlier, I had kept the previous shoes in pristine condition, which should have been proof that I had genuine consideration for the store in mind. Update: I recently visited again (shoes are still great, got a good pair as always) but I was disappointed by the fact that they didnt remember me. I put remember in quotes because they remembered me when I was there not too long ago, and so I do not entirely believe that she forgot who I was. Also, I just want to spend a moment to talk about the quality of the shoes which is great. (They speak for themselves.) This is due to the shoes comfort and durability. You dont know what you are missing until you slip on a pair of shoes that just fit like a glove. Its an especially good investment if you walk a lot. The type of shoes you choose to put your feet make a big difference. Also, SAS shoes last a long time. My mother had a pair of work shoes from SAS that lasted her over five years, ultimately costing her less money than if she had bought cheap shoes that she would have had to continuously replace.
