The teachers care for my child so well. I have no complaints. I get daily updates and occasional photos. Everyone at the north shore location is so caring and it means so much to me. Its hard to leave your babies with strangers but within a week or so I felt comfortable that they would care for them as I would. I cant thank the staff enough for the support and care they provide.

I love each and everything about pineapple cove academy at North Shore.
They take care of my kids like their own and communication from teacher's are the best. Get report everyday and sometimes pictures of their activities. Love love my daughter's teachers. Thank you for all that you do appreciate and respect for all if them.

I called them in June 2022 and put my son on the waiting list. Well I call back August 2023 to check his spot and they tell me he's not on their waiting list. So basically I was lied to and have been thinking he's been on for at least a year now! I'm pretty angry about this and the lady on the phone said "sorry don't know what to tell you, bye!". And hung up on me! Absolutely disrespectful and rude, and for that I don't think I'd ever want to put him in there now.

I just want to say this daycare is amazing. I am so grateful for them and all they do. John the owner has the kindest heart and a beautiful soul. I can't thank him enough for all he has done. I high recommend Pineapple Cove and ALL of their schools. They are the best in childcare and I will not take my child anywhere else. They truly care about your family. Thank you John for everything!
