        These people gave me the wrong information and then used a bait and switch tactic to get me to sign up with their business, salesperson was extremely pushy, and the top it off. They are the most expensive roofers. Coming in at 8,000 above what everybody else is currently offering.

        Was in contact with a lock service rep from hippo. Had our inspection and discussed the next steps. The guy never provided us a written quote only verbal. I was told that our rep would be on our site to meet the insurance adjuster to review with them but was blown off completely without a word. I have reached out several times to find out what the deal is and where we are at but no response. The same thing also happened to my parents with the same service rep. No formal documentation, no follow ups and completely ghosting clients seems to be a pattern. I highly recommend to others that you find another company for your roofing needs. Truly unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

      Dear Mr. Tanner,Our apology for our representative dropping the ball with you. Please understand it was certainly an unintentional error on our part as to earn your business we much perform with excellence and did not do so. I have examined whom made this error and dismissed him from running further appointments until we achieve acceptable standards.
