My roof was seriously damaged by a hail storm. I hired Valley Ridge Roofing. All of the roofers have been long time employees (talking years with the same company). They start at 7:45am and leave at 5pm. Why do I mention this? Because I think its significant and important to recognize that these men are treated as employees, as humans. You may disagree with me but it hurts my heart when I see a group of men working from 7am until almost 8pm on a roof. What kind of life is that? What about their families? Is someones roof really worth sacrificing time at the dinner table together? Not my roof!! On the first day, I walked out the front door to take my dog for a walk and before I even realized she was almost walking over nails that were on the sidewalk. I had to pick her up to ensure she didnt get hurt. By the time we got back from our walk (roughly 15 min), the entire sidewalk had been cleaned. There wasnt a nail anywhere in sight. That impressed me so much! Someone stopped what they were doing, came down off the roof, and cleaned up to make sure my favorite little girl was safe to walk inside. My yard was spotless every night before they left. Every little thing was cleaned up, down to scrubbing my driveway anywhere there was a smidge of tar. They even came back the next day to clean all of the medal trim of any tar, as well as the new white vents. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

Local business, able to do small repairs. They were able to help me fix a few messed up shingles from a fallen tree branch problem. Good work, fair pricing, but poor communication/coordination. No text updates, no "here's who's expected to come to your house and at this time", no email appointment confirmations, no letting me know "sorry, we'll have to reschedule tomorrow", no "we'll be right back after I restock my materials", and my estimator never showed up so I had to send pictures out to the company three separate times. Every update and confirmation that I got was because I called the front office to ask for an update, and Danielle was super helpful and nice, but it shouldn't be my duty as the customer to bother the office manager everytime I want to know what the plan is.
