Donna Ellis was absolutely AMAZING! She learned quickly exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for and was extremely helpful when walking into a house. When she knew a house wasnt right for us, she wouldnt waste our time. There was no pressure - she just wanted us to find the perfect house for us. She was extremely honest and helpful. If the house wasnt up to par she would tell us so we didnt purchase something that would potentially have issues. This was our first home that we bought and she made sure we understood the process and things about the home itself along the way. I did purchase my home during COVID-19 and since I Was a first time home buyer she insisted with the title agent during closing to be with me to make sure I understood everything. I would recommend Donna to Everyone! Including all of my close family, friends, etc.

Donna Ellis was our realtor and I would highly recommend her. She was on top of everything and found the home we ended up buying. She doesn't sit back and wait for things to happen, she was proactive and guided us very well. We were out of state buyers so there was that added element. She handled the seller very well and kept us calm through the process. Her confidence and knowledge exceeded our expectations. She offered to help with the house until we moved in and that was so nice and above the call of duty, but that's what she did all through the sale. I couldn't have gotten through this without her.

We had the pleasure of buying a home during the COVID pandemic. We were concerned about so many things and had a difficult time finding homes that we were even allowed to view in person. Donna Ellis was our Realtor and jumped right to work for us. She was able to get us into almost all of the homes we wanted to see and answered so many of the questions we had about the area and helped us navigate, as best we could, this crazy time! After not finding anything that my husband and I really liked and dealing with a time deadline, Donna went to work using her connections to find out about homes that may be coming on the market that would suit us. Within a day, a fellow realtor let her know of a home that she just listed. We were the first ones to see it and it was almost perfect!! Donna helped us compose our best offer and we were under contract and moving forward to closing! During the whole process, there was never one time that I called or texted that she did not immediately respond! She truly gave us piece of mind in a strange and crazy time! We would highly recommend Donna to anyone that is looking for a home in Brevard County!! She is awesome!
