Owner is fantastic. A water line broke at our condo property. Blue Sky happened to be doing work at a unit here at our property. The owner went out of his way to stay after hours and make the repairs for us. Recommend to everyone.

It was a great experience. Honest and high quality work. Very knowledgeable about pluming. Spent time diagnosing and making correct repairs. Did not do unnecessary work to raise the bill. Hands down will recommend again without hesitation. I discovered my hot water tank to be leaking last week of which was followed by a quick call to Blue Sky. Richard picked up the phone and began to do some quick trouble shooting only to find the hot water tank was well on its way out. He explained the causation of failure and described in detail how the new unit differed from the old. Richard discussed a very reasonable timeframe from ordering the new unit to install. Very professional install as I could tell within minutes this was not Richard's first week on the job. Very satisfied with the work and cost.
