Lift Station Specialists

Billy is just amazing. I'm an HOA manager and Billy always shows up on time or actually early! Recently one of the pumps completely went out at one of my HOA communities and I called Billy and he went straight out there. He spoke with the Board of Directors President and Vice President keeping them in the loop. They are convinced that Lift Station Specialist are the only ones that should be working on their equipment. I had a problem at my personal house on a weekend and Billy dropped everything and came straight to us. No matter what is happening the lift stations are always working! I can't rave enough about the company. Lift Station Specialist are not only specialist with the lift station but with customer service! Billy is very straight forward and honest. We have a private lift station on our property and it recently had a problem requiring service. I called Lift Station Specialists and they were prompt to respond. They had a well-outfitted service truck and they quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair. Their fees were reasonable, they were very friendly and they completely cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend this company.

Had him quote for a pump. He did ok job, but did not install all the things he quoted, and did not reduce the quote either. He is very expensive and charged $2000 for a job that took him and his colleague less than two hours (including a $650 pump).
