        Some of the people just don't seem like they want to be there. Most of the time it is easy in and out. But on several occasions, I have asked for my stuff to be ready around 5 and it never was.

        I stood in line, 6 people ahead of me to be exact. When i got to the counter I needed ID for one of the prescription I was picking up for my elderly client who was waiting in the car. I went to the car to get ID and when I got back I waited by the counter for him to take me since I already was in line for him to signal the next person in line letting me know I had to get back in line. The problem was that when the woman did the same thing left the counter but came back for something else she was able to be attended before I was. Now I get to the counter, he takes my ID to ask me whats my relation to the person I was picking up prescription for. Never been asked that. The whole experience was horrible and top it off my client was waiting in the car for a long time.
