        Came out initially with an estimate twice that of my neighbors, same floor plan, same entry # of entry points. Went six months without issue, had a dead rat in the attic, requested OnPointe to remove. Jerry came out agitated, spent 5 minutes in the attic and said he couldnt do anything, recommended we should let the animal decompose over two weeks and the smell will go away. Zero professionalism demonstrated. $398 per hour rate quoted for removal. Do not recommend. Lots of fluctuation in their pricing! Get multiple quotes

        Above and Beyond! I heard activity in the subfloor between my first and second stories and OnPoint came out to give an estimate. Very professional and courteous. James explained everything from sealing the roof to removing and preventing future rodent activity. Emil set the traps and treated the area. Very happy with the price point and the work performed. Highly recommend!

        I will recommend OPWR! We experienced a first of having a mom raccoon starting to nest in our attic/roof. The entire process was smooth and seamless. We were contacted in less than 12 hours to set up an appointment. James was very thorough with his inspection and Christian was just as thorough with following through on the plan. Erin was great at communication and setting us on a schedule for Christian to visit, safely relocate the raccoon/deter any further nesting, and secure our attic/roof. Thank you!!

        Had rats in the attic & On Point Wildlife Removal did a great job getting rid of them. They came 3 times a week until they were sure the rats were gone & sealed any possible entries to the attic. Very professional & always on time. I highly recommend them!

      Daniel, we're sorry you had a bad experience. Based on our records we gave you a ballpark quote to seal your home and remove rats back in August of last year which you declined.Today when we visited, for dead rat removal in your attic (you've been putting posion up there), we quoted $389 for removal. We spent about 15 mins in your attic and was unable to locate any smell at all in the and couldn't find any dead animals.We did not charge you anything for the visit today, and recommend that instead of tearing open your walls to search for the source of the smell, that you let it decompose. Obviously being your home, you're more than free to proceed however you like, if it was our home we wouldn't want to start breaking open walls.If there is no smell that we can detect, we don't have any way to find a dead animal.Once again we didn't charge you even a service fee for coming out and trying to find it.
