Super professional, efficient, friendly, and hugely effective team! We called and had a service agreement in place and our first appointment all within 3 days. Courtney was super at explaining all the admin and processes! This included FREE RE-SPRAYS if there had been any need (there wasn't). Matt, our technician, was great and very helpful. He was clean, professional, and super knowledgeable. The team even sent us a 'thank you' and a gift card on referrals...ALL this and more at the lowest price in Brevard! They came out for a free quote, I was looking for a termite bond. The guy said they cover all termites. I double checked that INCLUDES dry wood? And he confirmed. He wrote me up a contract and I almost signed and paid but luckily caught this was a contract only for subterranean termites. Called the guy and called him out and he didnt have much to say. Not impressed with a liar when Im trying to take care of my home

I called Stark Exterminators to address the problems we were having with ants and other insects. The pest control technician, Jordan, arrived within the scheduled timeframe, ready to go to work. She asked many questions about the problem and cheerfully answered all the questions my wife and I had. Jordan wanted to know exactly what was going on. Then she sprayed specific areas of rooms with infestations and specific exterior areas where insects were entering the house. Afterwards, she sprayed around the exterior of the entire house. She was professional, knowledgeable and informative. Jordan was great. She called a few weeks later to see if we had any problems. I told her that some ants had entered the house underneath one of the rear doors. Friendly as ever, she came by that same day and retreated that area. My wife and I are pleased.
We have been a customer of Stark Exterminators since 2014. We use them for pest, termite and wildlife control. They have also removed and replaced the insulation in our attic. When we had a termite problem that caused extensive damage, they stood behind the termite bond. They repaired the damage at no cost to us. Their word is good. My wife and I recommend Stark Exterminators.
