    I have been dealing with Sinus Polyps for over 20 years. Within 2 months of my first visit to Dr Malis I was scheduled for surgery and was taken care of and can finally breath through my nose again. Everyone at his office and the surgery center he uses were a pleasure to deal with.

    I read the reviews and Im not sure why I didnt cancel my appointment then. They are so unorganized! Its so frustrating! The office said they called and the only called I received was to confirm my appointment , but never called to tell me that my deductible was high! So when I drove 40 minutes, thats when they told me! Absolutely ridiculous and the reviews are correct. There is a blonde girl in the office that is extremely disrespectful! So unprofessional. Please avoid this office if you can!

    Couldnt be more pleased. My grandson needed a tongue/lip tie fixed. We were so nervous but he was very thorough. It was a quick and much easier procedure than we expected. The baby is only 10 days old. He was gentle and very kind. Gave my daughter plenty of time and concern about breastfeeding the little guy after. Would recommend to anyone.

    PLEASE READ THE BELOW REVIEW BEFORE YOU GO THERE. I WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEWS ON THEM BEFORE GOING THERE. We scheduled a visit specifically to see Dr. Malis, but when we got into the waiting room, to our surprise it was not Dr. Malis who came but his nurse practitioner, the front office people never told us about that and nobody even apologized for the mistake. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE AND DO NOT RESPECT PEOPLE'S TIME AT ALL. We were not happy but we understood that a mistake can happen so we saw the nurse practitioner. Then we scheduled a surgery for a lip and tongue tie for the week after but to our surprise again, we got an email from them saying that we are only doing a tongue tie, we did our due diligence by calling them again to make sure they will be doing the tongue and lip tie surgery. They told us not to worry, that they were going to put a notation for the doctor, we wanted it to be sent to us on paper but they said that they cannot do that. Fine! We decided to believe them. We went along with all these mistakes, thinking at the bigger picture which was that our son could get help soon. We took days off as we could not get an exact time when the procedure will be done, but to our surprise again, when the surgery center called us the day before to get some other details, we told them to make sure that it will be a tongue and lip tie surgery, the lady at the surgery center said no, it will be only tongue tie. We then got a call from Amanda at Dr. Malis's office, she said they need to re-evaluate our son on another day as we declined the lip tie. We told them we never declined anything, they made a mistake, we asked if they could re-evaluate our son today but they refused and told us they will just put another notation for the doctor. By re-evaluating the patients, it's more money added to the bill for them!! At this point, we could not trust them any more, I kindly asked again, as it was a mistake on their end, to see us again today for the re-evaluation as we took days off for the surgery the next day and we needed to get that surgery done especially as we were forced to pay things upfront and already paid. Then someone who didn't introduce herself came on the line, told us that that the doctor was busy and no one could see us. I asked her then who she was as she didn't even introduce herself, she said her name was Jessica and was the front office manager, I told her we didn't make any mistake but she said she met us and we declined the lip surgery. In a way she was telling us that we are lying, to say that we did decline the lip surgery and what she wrote that day was right. We then told her we cannot trust a notation anymore, so maybe we better cancel. She never apologized to us, talked over my husband and told us that she will gladly send our records to someone else and hang up. She is a very rude FRONT OFFICE MANAGER AND NOT HELPFUL. I was stunned by such a reaction, especially as she made the mistake and didn't care at all about the consequences on us. Very Unprofessional, unreliable practice, no respect for people at all, and I am now waiting for my refund. Unfortunately there is no 0 star because that what they deserve with the way they treated us.
