Eyeglass World on New Heaven Ave in Melbourne is the best place to get eyeglasses. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding customer relations skills. In addition, there is a lab where the eyeglasses are made. Thank you, Jordan, for your outstanding assistance in purchasing my eyeglasses. You are the best:)

I had a very pleasant experience at Eyeglass World. The lab technician and the doctor were super nice. Then there's Rhonda, who spent her time helping me choose the best pair of glasses for my prescription, and explaining why. I highly recommend Eyeglass World!

I am 34 years old and finding a new permanent face accessory, one that I didn't want or ask for but I need. Glasses. I met the clerk with my prescription in hand and reservations on what I believed was about to be a traumatic experience. Little did I know, I was about to meet Rachel. She was patient, kind, helpful and super personable. Rachel helped me in finding a pair of glasses, patiently helping me try on multiple pairs of frames and taking the time to see what I liked about each pair. Some didn't appeal to me, but she made an effort that was above and beyond anything I expected. She helped me find not one but two amazing pairs of glasses that I will be happy to wear. She then found me some amazing deals based off of what I found and saved our family a bunch of money. I highly recommend this location, and I hope the company recognizes what an amazing experience this has been for me because of Rachel. Very High Praise!

Love love LOVE this place! Ive been going here for a few years for myself, but I started bringing my daughter here last year. Went in today to get my daughter a new pair and some sunglasses and it was such a great experience. Jordan is absolutely amazing with kiddos, shes so kind and personable and funny! She made the experience a breeze, and was super helpful with navigating the most affordable option. I highly recommend this place, and Jordan in particular!
