I received prompt, courteous and professional service. I was given a detailed report of the problem I was having with a slow leak in my tire. However, as I left the shop and approached my car I saw abrasions that were not there before. When I ran my finger along a part of it, paint chips came off. Due to a heart condition and shortness of breath, I did not go back in the shop to report it. I was too exhausted to explain or argue or defend or fill out a report. Perhaps a video camera captured what happened.

Easy online appointment. My vehicle was checked and an email was sent listing the issues and their order of importance. I was contacted to verify and approve the repairs that I wanted. Everyone was friendly and professional. My vehicle was fixed within the promised time frame and at the price quoted. Clean location and restroom. Thanks!

Took my vehicle in for an alignment tire balancing rotate, I purchased lifetime alignments many years ago So that didnt cost me anything and I was informed that it be $60 for the balance and rotation. I do all my own repairs on my vehicle because Ive been working on trucks, cars and motorcycles before I had a valid license and I know when something isnt right on my vehicles. You could imagine my surprise when I get a call from a Firestone representative that they recommend replacing my brake fluid because of the age and mileage on the vehicle, yet they didnt bother to look and see that it was fresh brake fluid because it had just been replaced six months earlier when I did a brake job. The representative proceeds to tell me that my passenger side inner tie rod is loose and needs to be replaced. My answer was no (because I know thats farce there is no inner tie rod on a 2007 Silverado with CV axles. I instructed them to just complete the alignment and balancing of the tires and I would come get it. The next day I took it to a mechanic that I have used in the past for things I dont have the tools to do and had him check the tie rod ends and he confirmed they did not need to be replaced! So what I take away is that Firestone in front of Home Depot on Wickham close to Pineda is making up Repairs needed to increase their profit margin, so buyer beware that what theyre telling you get May not be needed and to get a second opinion before using them. if youre buying tires for them, OK thats an easy one to watch but if they start telling you you need other things I would not let them work on your vehicle you dont know if what theyre doing really needs to be done! This is why mechanics get a bad name because they rip off people that are unsuspecting
