Turned away twice for two different appointments within a week span because their system is down
Went to the Viera site which also has a down system but they can still manage to assist patients.
Two weeks is a long time for a system to be down. Why doesnt this locations staff have the ability to work with a down system like the Viera site?
Avoid, always go to the Viera site or a different lab altogether.

If I couldve given zero stars I wouldve. Rude employee, plus I waited over an hour and still was not waited on. Dont bother making an appointment because the take you as you come no matter what. One person doing everything, this place is a joke.

Lady running place is odd and bossy!
Never had this at any other laboratory not coming again! Cant use water but worker can!

Sylvia is the best! I called and she said I didn't need an appointment but closed at 2pm.
I arrived at 2:05 and figured I was out of luck. Sylvia is so nice and she agreed to do my labs (while she still had someone ahead of me). Thanks for going above and beyond, Sylvia!
