The people inside were very nice but the scheduling process was difficult. Had to go in because kept getting hung up on via the number to schedule. Long story short, my son use to be able to walk in and wait, now that you must schedule, the appointments are too far out. I even said that I would go to one further away but that didnt change the availability. Something seems off. AFTER I called to schedule, and decline, I get a text and email to schedule.

A shout out to UCI/Suntree Melbourne for a calming experience to an otherwise nerving exam. Check in by Christopher was personable and compassionate, exams by most kind and caring Andorra and Catina were smooth and easy and on time (thank you!) Women are treated with dignity, respect and care at this facility; even down to the waiting room details are comforting (Hershey kisses, crackers, cold water, wicker cushioned chairs, dimmed lighting and the most soothing musica place to breathe and relax!). Small details make a huge impact! I highly recommend this facility if their services are needed!

I received the most wonderful care here. It was my first time here and they scheduled me within two weeks. The office and ALL staff were kind, professional, personable and efficient. After the ultrasound they fit me in to get two other scans needed also! I truly appreciate the stress free environment and their willingness to get everything done in one appointment. I had my results within a few days.waiting for results is always stressful and they really limit this by having a portal.
