Is anyone in the state of FL in search of a new mattress?? Let me tell you....NEVER EVER buy one from Mattress 1 One in the state of Florida!!! We ordered a mattress from them on Sat. Now, I realize there is no delivery on Sundays and that problems can occur with weather, traffic, or vehicles. However, after explaining to the manager, Matthew Sekulski, of the Melbourne, FL - Mattress 1 One located at 7777 N Wickham Rd, that my father with Alzheimer's, is now bedridden and CAN NOT be disturbed in the late afternoon, because he is easily agitated by then, I was assured we would receive our delivery around 10 am TODAY. At 10 am......NO mattress. I called the store, was told call Customer Service, which I did. Customer Service tells me the truck broke down and another one was on the way, we would have our delivery by noon. Noon comes and goes.....NO mattress. I call AGAIN to Customer Service and I'm told we would have our delivery by 2 pm. Guess what???? 2 pm rolls around.....STILL NO MATTRESS!!! I call yet AGAIN to Customer Service at 2:15 pm and I'm told we can expect delivery between 2 and 5 pm. Here it is, 5:40 pm, and STILL NO MATTRESS!! After calling Customer Service YET AGAIN, I was informed that the driver still has 4 more stops before he gets close to us!! Apparently ALL DAY LONG Customer Service had NO IDEA where their driver was located. The drivers had a 12 hour window for deliveries 7 am - 7 pm. I explain to the Customer Service AGAIN about my Dad's medical condition and could they PLEASE get the driver to rearrange his last few stops so we can get Dad settled in for the night. I was told that the driver wasn't going to to change his schedule for us! I called the store we bought the mattress from, explained the situation, YET AGAIN, hoping to get some satisfactions from them and MAYBE they would offer to rectify the problem. NO THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!! I was told to call back to Customer Service....WHICH SUCKS!!! SO friends.......DO NOT EVER buy a mattress from Mattress 1 One in the state of FL!!!

Our experience was an absolute nightmare. Everything started out fine. We went in January 15 looking to replace our existing Tempurpedic mattresses and selected Mattress One because it was listed on Tempurpedic's website as an "Elite" retailer of their products. Matthew was very helpful and we tested several mattresses and placed an order that totaled $5,300, charging the full balance to our credit card. Delivery was scheduled for January 28. Come January 28 I receive a call from Matthew that the mattresses didn't come in, so we scheduled for February 4. I stopped by the store on the 3rd and the salesman working said that the mattresses still hadn't come in. So we rescheduled for February 12. I stopped in February 11 and Matthew was working. He said that the mattresses hadn't come in and he had no idea when they would come in because they were ending their relationship with Tempurpedic. At that point I asked him to cancel my order. He told me I had to call customer service to do so. I did that afternoon and they told me that it would take 3-5 business days for the credit to process. I waited a week and called them again on the 18th. I was promised the credit would be processed by the end of that day. Still no credit. I've had to protest the charge with my credit card company and still don't have my money back. I would never use this company again.
