She is an amazing teacher, patient mentor, insightful and caring life coach, wonderfully skilled massage therapist and an overall solid, sincere human.

If I could give Shandra 100 stars I would. I have had TMJ for almost 2 decades and after one visit with her she unlocked my jaw. I have gone only twice and have already noticed a reduction in headaches as well. Her space is very calming and she is so sweet and understanding. I feel like she truly wants to help me heal. I leave feeling so present and refreshed and look forward to my visits. :) thank you!

Shandra is an amazing massage therapist - she does so much more than basic massage too. She is warm and inviting, and has a knack for finding the source of the pain, kneading it out, and making sure the entire experience is comfortable from start to finish. Shandra even recommends stretches and exercises to help keep the pain from returning. Not only that, she helps to identify emotional sources of pain, which, for me, is definitely helping to get to the root cause of my physical pain. She is now my go-to therapist! 100% recommend.
