Ive been going to Carolyn for 3 years now for MFR bodywork and have been very satisfied from the first session. Prior to that time, I had many years of experience with regular therapeutic massage (from numerous therapists) and was truly amazed at how much more relaxing the MFR treatments were. Carolyn has a true passion for MFR and is continuously expanding her skillset through additional MFR workshops and advanced trainings. She is very professional and highly skilled. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was nervous for my first appt, not sure if it would hurt or work. I was pleasantly surprised though. It was a gentle massage in a peaceful environment that helped ease my pain. Carolyn is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only does she help me feel better through the massage she also gives advice on how to help yourself feel better on your own. After my initial 6 visits she suggested we start extending the time between visits. I am so thankful I took the leap of faith to try this massage and the hope of feeling better. With my fibromyalgia and trigger points all over my body I was desperate for something besides pain pills to help my pain. She also helps with the pain I have from the scars I received from a breast reduction 11 years ago. It is definitely worth giving Carolyn the opportunity to help your pain and bring some peace into your life.
