After being recommended and reading reviews I decided on Sullivans for a ring resizing. Ultimately it was not able to be done due to the way the ring was made. When I returned I ended up having them did work on 4 pieces I had. I have never felt more welcomed and cared about at any store in the past. This is a family owned jewelry store. I will be using them for all my jewelry needs in the future. They have a parking lot at the back of the store. Highly recommend. Thanks to Isabelle for her kindness and time.

Staci and her team have been delightful to work with. They treated me and my family like their family. Very inviting upon entering the store and they really listen to what the customers needs are. Staci stayed in good communication during the process of getting in what I was interested in. Thank you so much Sullivans. I look forward to continuing support.

I love this store! Stacy's suggestion to turn a damaged ring into earrings was a wonderful surprise. I'm very pleased with the outcome, I also had a stone reset in a ring. Stacy examined the ring and made suggestions on how best to repair. I love that they are able to customize ready made jewelry into something more appropriate for my taste and lifestyle.
