    Roland and his team gave me excellent service, he advised me with everything I needed and got me the best prices on the market, and very quickly, every time I have a question he helps me immediately and they also have someone in the office who speaks Spanish , and he helped me with certain things that I didn't understand in English, thanks Roland and his wife who is also super nice.

    Roland has always been kind of short and not pleasant with his emails. We were stuck with Citizens with two properties and one of them got a depopluation letter saying they would move us to another insurance agency if we did not get higher Flood insurance. They moved us and we ended up paying hundreds of dollars less. So we waited to see if that would happen with the other home by not signing back up with Citizens. Well that home did not get a depopluation letter and if Roland took any care and time with his clients he would have asked us , hey did you get a depoplulation letter? Because if you did not , no chance you will get changed. Roland did not help us when trying to navigate this and could care less. We told him we had to go back to citizens and he said sorry not interested in helping you , not a good fit. Wow , he is upset because we tried to save money. Instead of being a kind person and getting us back on track , shoved us along. Allstate is the worse and Roland is a prime example of what to expect from this agency. Life is too short to deal with negativity, and unprofessional guidance. Run away from this agency.

We told you exactly what was needed to get a renewal from Citizens and you decided not to do what we told you was being required by Citizens. I politely told you that we couldn't do anything for you and sent you your documents so you could find insurance elsewhere. What I really wanted to say was that you were not nice to my staff and we decided we did not want to do business with you any longer. This review you gave is an example of how you treat other people. You would have cursed in it like you have done to me and my team if it would have let you.
