When our insurance company decided they werent going to carry the type of insurance we need anymore (HOA) I reached out to our neighbors to see who they suggested for insurance. They referred me to Barry Renew. Ive called five times since March and left messages and text multiple times trying to get a quote from this company. I spoke to Mr. Hill the first week in May and he asked me to send him our Dec page which I did. He said to give him a week. 2 weeks later after no word from their office I called again. This time I was told that I cant get a quote for new insurance until were within 30 days of our insurance canceling so I waited. He told me not to panic because he would have a quote for me around the 28th of May. Our HOA Insurance expires on June 28th. Around June 6th (after hearing nothing) I reached out again! This time I spoke to Mr. Hill who said he was on his way back to the office and would put in for some quotes for us. A week later he text me to send a report that shows we have no losses. (A week after he said he submitted our info for a quote) I did that. Its now 17 days until our insurance expires and I have nothing. Today I told him I had a few quotes from other agencies and he said that was good, I should go with them because he wont have a quote for us for several days after he turns in the loss report. Disappointing!! I think we need an agent who actually replys to emails and phone calls. If their customer service is this bad before we have a policy what will it be like after we give them our money! What a waste of my time!
