        When we were looking to buy a home I wanted a inspector that would do a thorough job so we would have no surprises. Double Scope came highly recommended from several people. I am so glad we went with them. Mark and his teammate did a excellent job. They spent hours inspecting the house. The house passed inspection and they gave us a list of small things we would need to fix if we bought it. We bought the house 2 1/2 mths ago and no surprises. Yay! They were exactly what I was looking for in an inspector. If you want a company that is going to do a thorough job go with Double Scope Inspections

        Joe and his team at Double Scope Inspections let me know in great detail what issues my wife and I had with our home. They took pictures of any issues they found and gave us a team review of their notes of the good and areas of concern that they found on our home after they were done with the inspection. A color coded report, which rated the good and bad items they found, was emailed to us within hours of the inspection. Joe and his team even went the extra mile to ensure our hot water heater was working before they left. Double Scope Inspections did an excellent job of inspecting our new home!
