Victor was nice enough to come out & look at my ancient patio door that our cat tore apart (chasing those lizards,lol) ! He was professional, friendly & honest explaining why fixing it would be a waste of time/money-- vs--- getting a new, better made one. Victor was very friendly, professional and prompt. Paid attn to every detail and went above and beyond for us! We called him initially for a window repair and he did such a good job for a very reasonable price that we had him come out again a week later to do some screen repairs we needed. 5 star rating because I called AA Window Repair after being stood up 3 times by a local "reputable" company who had tried to repair and charged us for a sliding glass door on the beach 6 mos ago. Victor returned my call the same day, showed up exactly at the time of the appointment , was courteous and friendly and after less than 5 minutes of examining the door, determined the proper measure to repair it. In less than 1/2 hour the work was completed at a reasonable price and my condo owner is very happy. I have a new door and glass repair man when I call Victor at AA Window Repair and Glass for all my future client's needs! Thank you Victor!

My sliding glass door was very difficult to open and close. Several companies came out and told me that I needed a new door which would cost at least 3k for a basic aluminum door. Victor came out and in less than 5 minutes told me what needed to be done (new rollers, track repair and door lock). The cost to repair the door was very reasonable and in less than an hour my door was opening and closing with such ease and I saved thousands. Both Victor and his helper were both so professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this company. Before you buy a new door, give them a call.

Wow. Victor is amazing, extremely fair price for sliding glass door and other window repair. On time, thorough clean-up, good communication. In our line of work, we are asked all the time for sub-contractor referrals. Our reputation is at stake let us just say we were comfortable and confident to collect business cards to refer Victors fine company. 10 out of 10. Would use again.
