Called this order in from out of state. Energetic staff was extremely helpful on the phone. Cross-referenced options with online photos and even accepted a specific flower request to be included in the bouquet. Definitely my "go-to" from now on!

I was so disappointed when I showed up on Saturday to pick up 4 $45.00 arrangements for my husbands birthday dinner party. Not only were they not made, but the order slip had been printed wrong and nothing had been ordered to make the arrangements that I had ordered. The manager did throw together 4 arrangements with very little flowers to work with and they then delivered them, but I never received any type of refund or discount. The arrangements were okay... but not anything like I had wanted. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service and offering to make it right in some other way... I will not be ordering from them again.

Awesome shop. The owner is very accommodating. My wife loved the roses!! Thanks for the extra daisies :)
