Dentists of Melbourne

Do not waste your time coming to this place. I scheduled cleaning on their website but had only a consultation and them trying to sell me a deep cleaning. I came to my appointment, first, the x-ray machine stopped working which means it took double the time since someone was trying to fix it. Second, I spent almost 2 hours on the chair while the doctor was doing my first exam. After a long time, I was told that it would cost around $750 to do a deep clean and I would have to be knocked out. I asked for the light Cleaning I had previously scheduled and they said they had no time today. Well, it seems they had time only for the most expensive cleaning, interesting. I get my teeth cleaned quite frequently and since I travel a lot, I have done it in many different places/states, and never happened before. This has been the most frustrating experience ever!

I went into this dentist for my semi-annual teeth cleaning, and had the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist. Chris was very friendly throughout the entire check in/out process. Madilyn was very informative and gentle during the x-rays, and this behavior carried through to the teeth cleaning. She explained everything she was doing and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Gonzalez was also very friendly, explaining many dental terms to me and helping me in regards to my wisdom teeth. He was very gentle during the cleaning as well, and thoroughly explained what he was doing, making me feel reassured throughout the entire cleaning. 10/10 am going again!

I had a really good experience at this dental office, from the staff (Chris and Madalyn) to the dentist. Dr. Gonzalez is friendly, warm and personable. After x-rays and exam, it was found I had a cracked tooth next to a filling; I was fortunate they could address this while there. He explained everything he was going to do along the way and always gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. I was there for quite a long time and they made me comfortablefrom water, asking if I needed to use the restroom to Madalyn giving me a blanket because she noticed I might be cold just lying there. Im glad I read reviews and chose this office and Dr Gonzalezhighly recommend!

Dr. Gonzalez and his team are outstanding. The attention to detail, the care, and the customer service are at the top. I recommend that you try this dental team ASAP!

What a pleasant surprise to find a dental office that puts me at ease the moment I walk in. Everyone there has a warm and welcoming attitude and helped me to relax and let go of my anxiety about dental procedures.
