I have been working as a customer service representative at Percepta for some time now, and I have to say that I am very impressed with the staff's supervisors and workers. They are not only friendly and approachable, but they are also extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. The supervisors are always available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have, and they provide valuable feedback that helps me improve my performance. The workers are also great to work with - they are all team players and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
