I found Bob through BizBuySell.com. Right off the bat he was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions about the business I was interested in. After signing an NDA, we went over the financials together and he broke everything down for me. When my wife and I decided to move forward, Bob introduced us to the seller and we were shown the store. The rest is history! That was 16 short months ago. Bob is a very open, honest, candid guy. He respected both sides of our deal and did an incredible job vetting me to ensure I would pass the seller's test (as she rejected two previous buyers because they weren't a fit). I'd say he did a great job because the seller and I have become good friends, which has helped with the support I needed after the sale and transition were finished. That being said, when I sell my business down the road, and/or when I'm ready to buy another business, Bob will be the first person I contact. He's incredibly knowledgeable about local business and has brought me a ton of value. Call or Go meet him and see for yourself.
