My builder hired them to install new windows and doors on a custom home. There were multiple issues with the installation including missing mullions, mis-aligned mullions, improperly hung doors with significant door gaps, and several missed appointments. None of the hung windows actually slide up and down because all of the balancers were broken and it will take several weeks for new ones to arrive. 84 Lumber refused to take care of these issues unless I agreed to pay an additional trip charge and additional labor costs. Avoid working with this company at all costs.

Don't go here. Worse place. No service,no follow through. Takes months just to get someone out to look at an issue

We are working on building a sauna in our home, and the amount of selection and quality of service at 84 Lumber is bountiful.

Wish I could give zero stars! Builder hired them to replace a window that wouldn't open. Less than 2 years later and water is coming through that window. Drywall is destroyed and now there is mold. Reached out to them and was told they would call me back. Waited all day and no call. Called end of the second day and was told their warranty is only one year but it sounded like a broken seal. Contacted the manufacturer and after several days, found out they gave me wrong information for my window. Called back to be told they had to find the information on my window. Waited and they never called back. Called the second day again to get the correct information. Reached out to the manufacturer and after their evaluation found out that it was the installation. In fact, there are several areas of the installation they were concerned about. So now because of their outstanding workmanship it's going to cost me over $2,000.00 to fix their job that is 2 years old! If you're considering this company for windows, run away and hire someone else. ESPECIALLY for the installation!
