Forever Love Bridal

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Horrible service. The lady that my fiance talked to about her wedding dress was rude and unprofessional. My fiance proceeded to go back against my wishes to get the dress she fell in love with. After purchasing the dress she went home to try it on and make sure everything fit and she sold us a size too small. We called to get it fixed and trade it for the correct size and the lady refuses to switch it out. So now we're out this money with no dress for the wedding.

My sister and I went into Forever Love today looking for a last minute dress for a gala and were immediately greeted by Kitty. She had a dressing room started for us within 30 seconds, made great suggestions and had an impressive selection considering its prom time and its not a humongous place. Kitty was so incredibly patient with us, we probably tried on 20 dresses but never felt pressured or that we were driving her nuts (which we had to be, we were all over the place.) They were also quite busy but were very attentive. Really, really awesome customer service. And the PRICES! I was floored at how well priced the gowns were for the quality. They were heavy, beaded, beautiful designer dresses being sold for much less than you could buy the same dress online. We found several dresses that we really liked but didnt commit to them since Forever Love Bridal was our first stop in our quest for our gowns but we will be back either to buy those or for our next formal event. I really just cant say enough about the customer service and incredibly fair pricing. Great place, great people and we are so happy to have found this gem! They deserve all the stars

I was helping my sister look for a wedding dress. Kitti let us in to browse a few dresses. She helped us in between her appointment's needs and was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable with an eye for fashion. Thanks for the help!
