Called to ask about lobby hours and spoke with Josh. I told him that my card was cancelled due to fraudulent activity and he informed me that another branch could issue me a card right on the spot. Friendly and great customer service!!!

I am an Asian and my language is not very good. My first bank card in this city is theirs. After 8 years of use, every time I encounter various troubles, it will pass. Language communication is difficult. But the office staff are very patient and friendly to help me every time. I am very happy that I recognize such a good bank. I recommend to my family and my friends to come to this bank for business. This so-called "Bank" has Frustrated me to the Max. We are SO glad we Never transferred any Money to this Bank, They've Tried to get us to transfer from Our Long time Credit Union. You Cannot get up with a Human @ Least Not One who can Help do anything except transfer you to another #! Then Lose you in the transfer. I haven't Told them of my complete frustration YET..because I can't get one of their So-called Reps or employees to stay on the phone long enough! DO Not Bank with these People..DO Not get a Home Equity Line or Loan with This Bank..Thankfully ALL I am TRYING to do is find out which Statement or copy of a 1098 I should send with tax service, however, both of them appear to be wrong according to their Own statements. One states it is a "Corrected" statement however, they are Listing Interest Paid to End of 2017 & Listing a Balance from Beginning of 2017. All messed up. I'm going to give both to my Tax Service & let them figure it out. Doesn't really matter for tax purposes but it Does Matter that Regions appears to become Less & Less Competent with Less than Competent Employees they've Hired or Continued to Employ. BTW, when a National Bank like Regions does not even give their Customers a Number that works, let alone a Local #? Stay Away! I've tried & Failed to talk to anyone unless long enough to say I have the Wrong Dept. Now this is my 5th & Final Attempt! I will go to the Local Branch tomorrow & tell them, SOOO glad We Never transferred Our Accounts. We have been working to get Rid of this Equity line even though it's Interest Only, because of their Complete Incompetence since it Used to be..AMSOUTH. Once it was Regions?? Forget it. We are definitely getting Rid of them..Don't Bother even trying to Burden yourselves with the Incompetence of Regions Bank. We are Great Customers, one who never Accepted the Complete Line of Equity Offered, & have worked to Pay it off Early. That's probably why they would rather they didn't have US as Customers. Can't make extra $ never being late & Paying Extra every month for past many years. Cannot Wait to replace them. If they really Listened to their so-called "Recorded" calls, they'd Know how incompetent their Employees Are. Obviously they don't Listen Or they Don't Care. Either way, Time to Go.
