Horrible dealer. Service is terrible and they have left my car dirty several times. I have waited for hours for a mediocre service. Today I had to take my 2022 Tucson with under 30k miles for an oil change just to find out Coastal Hyundai had broken my oil plate and their managers are too busy to pick up the phone. Buy any other brand and go to any other dealer please

I dont do many Google reviews or reviews at all but one something or someone does a good job over and over again they deserve credit. Im taking my car to Coastal Hyundai since the day I bought it and the service rider is 100% the key to your satisfaction. Peter is very attentive. Smart cares about your needs when you need your car back and always make sure that everything is right and your vehicle is ready for you when you come to get it good service advisor. They need to have more service advisors like him and mechanics like Bart I have a 2018 Sonata SEL. Thx

This dealership has always given me excellent service on my GenesisGV70 2024. Todd and Crystal are fabulous service associates representing Geniuses cars. If you ask for the free car wash, the car shines like new!!! John Lyons has specialized in selling the Genisus cars for over 19 years and he bends over backwards helping you to find just the right Genisus.

I took my 2023 Palisade in for its second scheduled maintenance today and was extremely disappointed with the service department. I noticed after my first appointment that synthetic blend 5W-30 oil was used even though I paid for a service contract which states "Full Synthetic Oil". This time I showed Tony, the service advisor my contract and watched him make a note about it, but they used synthetic blend again. I also explained to Tony that I was receiving speed alerts while my vehicle was in park, which he also made a note with a yellow sticky. I received an alert while we were still at the dealership and showed Tony. He stated that the tech didn't find anything wrong and it was probably a "computer glitch". Okay, well then fix it. He said I'd have to leave my car overnight or bring it back again to have it looked at. Nothing was noted on my receipt about the speed alert, so I don't believe it was even investigated. I was called by a female customer service rep after my first service who told me I would receive a complimentary detail for completing a survey and due to the oil mix up. She said it would be noted in the computer. I asked about it when I called to schedule this maintenance, but was told they didn't have access to the service department notes, and to ask the service advisor. I asked Tony about the detail twice today, yet he never gave me an answer, just "I'll look into it". When we returned to the dealership, we were told that my car was being washed, but Tony came out and stated that they were "backed up" and my car had not been washed. He offered for me to wait another hour, have it washed at my next service, or come back tomorrow. I live 45 minutes away. I said I'd wait. My car was washed and vacuumed, not detailed. Whatever. Tony had gone home by the time my car was done, so another advisor checked me out. Poor guy. Not his fault. Although the courtesy car driver, Jim was extremely polite and professional, I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced here.
