Veridian of Melbourne Townhomes

I have been living for a week and absolutely love my place. I have a dog so the little yard is a nice addition with low maintenance. It really feels like living in a home without having to worry about maintenance or property tax. Pricing is also very affordable for the space you get. Brandy in the main office has been very helpful with the whole process which was not easy for me since I moved from a place 30-hour drive away. UPDATE: Nope, I guess I spoke too soon, they have this required valet trash service that you have to pay extra that would not pick up my trash even though I followed their rules and the bags are well under 20 lbs. Their maintenance would not pick up the phone and their washer hook up don't work either.

Bought a house after being here two years, otherwise wouldve stayed longer. It was rough and unorganized at first with management changing a ton, but once Brandy came in and took over, it started to turn around a lot. Honestly, I would give a bad review if it wasnt for her. She had her hands full but was not only incredibly helpful with addressing and fixing our concerns, but very friendly and sweet. Wed catch ourselves staying in the office for over an hour just talking and laughing. Shes really making a difference in the place. Eddie with maintenance was also awesome and we noticed the same thing, would talk a lot and get personable. Its a good price for the area and has nice updated granite kitchen and bathroom. It was a little janky when we moved in but like I said, its starting to come around a lot. And I loved that this was one of the very few places that had a little backyard for the dogs. We were fortunate that the people before us put up an enclosed back fence because they only offer fences on the sides. I wish the tennis court was fixed because its been broken for almost the whole time we were there. But its a nice area to take a walk with your dogs or just in general. I also liked the layout of the townhouse compared to most. It was small but the layout had us doing the most with what we could and it made it very cozy. Again, honestly, Brandy really made the place worth it. She was a homie and didnt feel like you were walking on eggshells and doing something wrong like most complexes make you feel. She was incredibly understanding of peoples personal issues and helping them out whenever and wherever she could. Ill truly miss her and wish her nothing but the best!

I have lived here since June of 2023. I absolutely love my townhome! Brandy at the leasing office has definitely gone above and beyond! I love how quiet this area is. Planning on renewing lease in the future.

Veridian is quiet and well maintained. Brandy is always on top of everything and makes sure her tenants are happy. Brandy helped us through the whole process and answered any questions or concerns we had. Brandy always takes the time to talk with you. Ive enjoyed my time here, the residence are nice and the kids in the neighborhood are sweet and all play great together. Veridian is the perfect place for raising a family.
