Centre Point Apartments

I have lived here at Centre Point Apartments for a year and a half now, and have enjoyed every bit of it. My apartment unit is beautifully modern and painted with greyscale tones, and there are plenty of windows to bring in sunlight for my plants. Centre Point Apartments have the best amenities by far. I often relax down by the pool in one of our cabanas, and if gets too hot I take a swim in the salt water infinity pool. There is also a fully equipped gym with Peloton bikes to enjoy a virtual spin class or two. For a fun Friday night, my family and I use the movie theatre room as well as billiards room. The amenities are not the best part about Centre Pointe Apartments, but the AMAZING staff and Property Manager Logan Warr is. The Centre Point staff which consists of Logan, Jessica, Michelle, Nicole, Dujuan, and Jordan have been beyond helpful and timely with any issues that arise. They truly make living in an apartment feel like a home.

Overall, I have had a good experience with Centre Pointe. Maintenance and the front is quick and helpful. The grounds are well kept. I occasionally hear my neighbors, but thats when they are blasting music or vacuuming on hardwood. It's rare and doesn't bother me. I haven't used the amenities, personally I am wary because of COVID, I appreciate that they were cautious in reopening the amenities and appreciate they have added hand sanitizers.
