These are great apartments in a great area. The office staff is always friendly and quick to respond. I enjoyed my time here and truly called it my home.

I've been here for 3 years and I've had quite a horrible time dealing with the lack professionalism with management and for practically being bullied by them while grieving the death/ burial of my stepdad from STG 4 cancer I have overpaid rent for over 2 years on a balance that they are refusing to pay me an organization that helpee with my finances they called theorganization and lied as is if Iwas emailing the apts for funds back from the organization and was completely lying and still refusing to just give me my money after I have sent several emails just to be ignored or hung up upon phone calls I went online and found a format for the letterhead of the request of over payment put it in writing and I did and they're still ignoring my emails the letter head starts out saying I want to handle it out the organization told me that she said I was threatening to take the apts to court... Just ridiculous behavior and housing authority says they are horrible they don't fix anything they only do patch work to cover up stuff my cabinets are literally disintegrating in my kitchen and I have to clean stardust off of my dishes I've been documenting all this stuff for 3 years including phone calls

Its a lovely apartment if youre looking to get mold poising! They fail to mention the add on basement they include when you fall through the floor. (From all the water damaged) Not to mention theyll give a whole 10 days to pack everything and move out! Very thoughtful.

Don't move here! The office staff is great but all the owners care about is turning apartments to get that money. The facilities are not well maintained. The laundry room is non-existent and the apartments have soft spots in the floors. They went up in our rent during Covid, charged late fees when we had the county helping us and went back on their word about a pet deposit. Do not recommend. At all
