The front desk staff are very nice. The manager and repair team are very rude. My dryer handle was broken after a few monthes. At the time I move in, it was already old. They charge me full price to replace it, which is more expensive than home depot. They don't communicate, but force to repair for you and charge you.

Nice community. Conveniently located to just about everything. Common areas and public areas aren't clipped well maintained

My relocation to Florida was on a short timeline. Addison Pointe was the first community I toured, my flight was delayed and I contacted Madison to let her know I could be a little late. Her response was no problem and to drive safely. This resonated with me as I toured other properties. When I arrived, Madison showed me the floor plan I was interested in but Im not fond of carpet. She went on to show me the model, which was on the first floor and I loved it! We went back to the office and went over all available units. She did not rush through my appointment and she even gave me great recommendations for food and sights to see. She worked diligently with my tight timeline and my family moved in 2 weeks later. We love it here! The residents in this community are amazing and it truly feels like home! I will be sharing my experience with my employer and recommend to anyone looking for a great property.
