I recently moved to the Melbourne area from across the country and used Will as my realtor. He represented me as a buyer's agent and did a fantastic job. Will went above and beyond to protect my interests by finding out what was wrong with the house prior to the closing, even the issues not disclosed by the seller, and negotiated a hell of a deal for me. If I called him with a question, he always picked up or called me right back and it became clear that he was very knowledgeable about the area and the home buying process in general. I relied on him to handle everything on this end because I was still living across the country and he did so without question, taking a lot of stress off me. Moving is stressful enough.
