I ordered a fruit bouquet through 1800flowers. The fruit was delivered after 8pm on delivery day. A delivery fee was charged for that day of delivery. Bouquet was left outside Tuesday overnight, and ruined. The chocolates and balloon were not delivered, and was told they would be delivered yesterday when calling. The woman called my recipient today, and asked if she received the bouquet. Then stated to her she would have chocolates and balloon delivered today to my recipient. Also, apologizing they dont deliver after hours, but they do because they delivered the fruit bouquet on Tuesday after hours. She did not ask the condition of the fruit arrangement when asking if it was received. I called 1800flowers today first thing, not caring about the chocolates/balloon, and 1800flowers offered to send a new fruit bouquet. Her florist canceled the new order because I received an email it was delivered, and after calling Her Florist the company canceled the resolution. The woman was screaming at me saying the woman said fruit was delivered and not ruined, but I asked did you ask her the condition of it? She continued to yell, and refused to send new bouquet 1800flowers was resending to make up for the huge mistakes. The couple were actually in the hospital earlier in the day on Tuesday, so the ruined bouquet wasnt important to them. The thought and consideration was. Worst customer service ever!!! 1800flowers was on the phone to witness the whole conversation. Also, its sad how rude and unprofessional people can be not knowing peoples circumstances. Do not use this shop. Absolutely horrible!! Reporting too BBB.
