Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the windows actually look nice. My wife and I started the process with them on September 2021. Due to some covid delays they said it would take until end of December... Not to bore you with details the windows were not installed until March 21, 2022. That they the informed me they didn't measure one of the windows correctly and would not be installing it that day. Keep in mind is a big window that comes in 3 pieces. Fast forward to June 29, 2022 a whole 3 months later and they finally show up 2 1/2 hours after the 10AM appointment with only one of the 3 pieces for the window. The sales rep has been great with use but unfortunately the company behind him doesn't seem to have their things in order. We are losing money every month that passes due to this missing window because we cannot apply for the insurance discounts. We have no idea how much longer It will be until we get this window done now. Services: Window installation, General window replacement
