I would give this place a 5 star review just because of their sales man Orlando. Hes a great person and treats customers with the up most respect. But when it comes to service, its another topic. Their service manger clearly does not care about their customer service. This isnt my first time having issues with this guy. When I first bought my Sany 35 the hydraulic thumb did not close with pressure, every time I called the shop it was oh Richie will call you I would have died by now waiting for his call. Here we are 6 months later, now the hydraulic thumb wont close. I waited over a week for this machine to be picked up, and of course nothing, Im hit with the excuse that Richie caught Covid. So after my machine sitting for a week waiting to be picked up I decided to drive it to the dealer myself. I was told at the dealer that they will expedite my repair, since it sat for a week waiting to be picked up. 3 days later and my machine hasnt even been touched. I called yesterday to follow up on my machine and was told Richie will call you in a few and of course Richie never called me. So here I go to pick up my machine since its obvious that they have no intentions to want to fix it. My question is, why buy a Sany from a dealer that cant keep up with their word. The sad part is that this machine is under warranty.

Richie the service manager went out of his way to make sure I got the training on my trailer and stayed late to ensure I didn't have to stay overnight. I appreciate great customer service like this! You don't find that anymore in today's business. Great job and a big thank you!
