Coastal Outdoor Fence & Deck

I would never ever recommend Coastal Outdoor Fence and Deck! Khris Brane is so quick to take your money up front, 60% deposit for a cedar wood fence, but then everything he does after that is soooooo incredibly slow. He even wanted the deposit before receiving HOA approval on the project. He is a dishonest man, promises things and then frequently goes back on his word. He does nothing proactive, no follow through at all which results in delay after delay after delay. When he “sensed a bit of frustration” after repeated delays, he threatened to cancel my project and give my wood to someone else if I wasn’t “happy with his process”. WOW, most people would be hugely annoyed at this point, but after all this time, I still hoped to get this project started. But then Sunday night right before our start date, he delayed it yet again so I had no choice but to finally cancel the whole project. This was December 18th, 2023. Now it’s February 29th, 2024 and he still hasn’t refunded my deposit! He told me back in December to open a dispute with my bank because he had no intention of giving me back my money anytime soon. Almost 3 months later, he’s still holding almost $6000 from me! He then promised to pay me back if I canceled the dispute so I canceled it, but damn, I’m still waiting 3 weeks later. He has even been apologizing for all the issues he caused but refuses to pay back the money he owes me. Please don’t let those positive reviews fool you, this man is so dishonest and rude and condescending and he does not care about anyone else’s time or money. No one deserves to be treated with such a lack of respect and consideration.

I posted that I needed some help with a metal fence and Khris messaged me in just a few minutes that Coastal could help. I am so grateful. They came out and fixed my issues pretty quickly-even on a yucky day!!! I am so grateful for their quick service!!

They just finished a 24 foot section of my fence destroyed by Sally. Good price, good work. Will definitely recommend and use again!
