Mr. Houde,We are sorry you feel you wasted your time and money. Our secretary spoke to you regarding your home and shed being heavily infested with fleas. She listened to how you had used foggers numerous times and they just did not work. She went above and beyond explaining the life cycle of the flea and why we would need to provide a minimum of 2 separate applications spaced 7-10 days apart. She explained that depending on the level of the infestation it may take more than the normal 2 applications to gain control of the flea population. This is all due to the LIFE CYCLE OF THE FLEA. She explained in detail the preparations you would need to make prior to our arrival. As is our protocol we ask your preferred method of contact, either phone call or text message, you indicated text messages were the best way to contact. We texted the day before we came out to provide the flea spray service. You responded yes and we came out.Our service specialist arrived and assessed the situation. He filled out our standard service agreement and again in detail explained the life cycle of the flea. We had you initial the space on the service agreement that states "Flea sprays are a minimum two charged applications 7-10 days apart_________NO Guarantee on Flea Sprays". The blank is for you to initial you understand that a minimum of two applications are needed. You initialed this portion of the service agreement and signed the service agreement. Our service specialist then provided a through service on the same day.Seven days later we sent a text, to which there was no response, we also called and left a message. We arrived at the location to provide the flea service and no one was home. However, there was a bill from ANOTHER pest control company in the patio door. Our service specialist documented this information and sent it to our secretary.Our secretary reached out several times and no one responded. Our last communication effort was on 9-25-2023.We feel we made every effort to explain the flea spray process to you, to which you made the decision not to follow the process we had recommend.We do want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our knowledge and provide the service we did for you.Regards,Roy Crain Jr.ManagerLive Oak Pest Control Inc.
